Property listing information can be auto-populated from MLSAdvantage directly into contracts in Form Simplicity. This valuable search tool is available only to members of subscribing associations and MLSs. ATTENDANCE POLICY 1. FREC requires a licensee to attend 90% of each of the classroom hours. Physical attendance is required for the duration of class. Please allow adequate commute time. This policy is strictly enforced. 2.
